tabindex=\"0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"cue style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\">It is summertime<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\">In the 90s before the internet<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\">and nine year old me is sitting on the couch with Ben, my best friend, who has a bowl cut<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">Like I do and I asked Ben what he wants to do and Ben says what he always says:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">I don\u2019t know dude, what do you wanna do?<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">And I don\u2019t know either because it\u2019s already two months in the summertime<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">and we have done everything we think we can do,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">played basketball so many times Ben knows I will never go left<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">Stayed up until midnight to watch the r-rated VHS tapes my mother owns, pulled each other around in a wagon<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\">Toilet papered every house on the street except for our own<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">And so we turn on the television and Indiana Jones is playing and afterwards we go outside<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">Because there is no internet and we stare at the big tree on our Street<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">the tree that is bigger than Ben\u2019s entire house that we have never been able to climb because we are little kids, but now<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">We are little kids that just watched Indiana Jones<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">and so we find some old bungee cords<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">and the hooks of those bungee cords find themselves into our belt loops and we tie the other side\u2019s around the tree and now we are<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">Halfway up the tree, that is bigger than Ben\u2019s entire house<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">and I quietly think to myself: maybe I am Indiana Jones.<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">and Ben quietly thinks to himself<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">maybe<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">This is a bad idea<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">And my belt loops quietly think to themselves, what the fuck<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"cue style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\">But we were all thinking quietly<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">And so for a moment, it is silent and at nine years old I transform into things I have never been before<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">An astronaut floating in space,<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">the hummingbird buzzing in place,<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">a beam of August light floating through the windows<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">and then I hear a crack which is not Indiana Jones\u2019s whip<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">but my belt loops snapping apart shrieking relief<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">and I fall all the way down the tree onto my back<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\">and Ben rushes down and says, are you okay?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">and I say,<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">I think so<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cue-group-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">and Ben starts to laugh and I start to laugh and I\u2019m bleeding from my elbow, but it\u2019s just a scrape<\/div>\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\u00a0And that means that I am human and we are alive here tonight and we sit<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div class=\"cues style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\u00a0Quietly till my mother comes searching<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cue-group style-scope ytd-transcript-body-renderer\">\n<div
